Payments

Prices in our web store are shown in Indian Rupee + your preferred currency selected from the drop down which converts Indian Rupee at the live exchange rate. Orders are billed in Indian Rupee at check-out, your bank will convert the billable amount to your home currency when processing the payment.

We accept all major Credit and Debit card payments via Stripe and PayPal.

If you are a customer in India and you would like to pay via UPI, Wallet or Net Banking, please email or message us on WhatsApp and we will send you an invoice and a secure RazorPay payment link.

Shipping

We ship all orders from India. All shipping (Worldwide) is complimentary on fooldost.com. Shipping to most locations (outside of India) takes approximately 7 working days after despatch.

All pieces are made to order, we will despatch your order within 1-4 weeks of an order being placed (making times are stated in the product information for each item).

All orders are shipped using DHL / BlueDart or DTDC couriers and the tracking number will be shared with you.

If you require a faster delivery please email hello@fooldost.com and a faster service may be arranged for an additional charge.

Please note - Customers are responsible for payment of all customs duty charges associated with purchased goods from fooldost.com, Fool Dost is not liable to advise on or pay for duty charges for orders entering your country of residence.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

As all items are made to order, we are currently unable to accept returns. However, if you have an issue with the size of your order, please get in touch and we can can arrange for an exchange for one size up or down.

Items returned for size exchange must be returned to us in their original unused condition, unworn and unwashed, and in sellable condition with original packaging and sent to us within 14 days of receiving the order.

The buyer is responsible for secure return shipping costs. Fool Dost is not responsible for return costs, nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

Fool Dost will not be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit. We therefore strongly suggest that the buyer obtains proof of postage and uses a tracked service to ensure the returned item reaches us so that we may process the size exchange.

Fool Dost has the right to refuse a return request.

All content, design of site, graphics, images, logo, etc on www.fooldost.com are property of Fool Dost Design Private Limited.

With the exception of image content on our journal page which are given proper credit. 

When using images on social media, please give proper credit to Fool Dost - thank you for your support!

In order to use any and all content on this site outside of social media you must have written consent from Fool Dost.
